As a psychotherapist I see my role as being a mental health and wellness curator. I enjoy working with clients that are having difficulties with Borderline personality, breaking the patterns of Codependency, Narcissistic abuse and recovery, as well as issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Divorce, Infidelity, major Life Transitions, Relationship problems and solutions, Trauma/PTSD, Chronic health conditions/Illness. No matter the issue or concern my goal is to help clients improve their interpersonal relationships and develop a better understanding of their emotions.
I'm trained in several counseling modalities, including:
Acceptance and Commitment therapy
