I am an experienced trauma therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals and families work through their mental and emotional challenges.
I bring a wealth of experience in working with marriage couples and relationships, as well as families. Issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, self-worth, family and marriage conflict, and spirituality are few areas we can work through together. My approach is integrative with the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, and compassionate care. I offer pre-marital, marriage conflict, and family conflict healing. In addition, support groups such as anger, parenting, depression & anxiety and marriage are provided to aide in your personal transformation. A deep soul transformation is engaged, depending on the level of change desired. My goal is for you to gain peace in being your true self.
