About me
I am a dedicated therapist committed to helping others overcome everything from daily to monumental mental health issues.
I serve adults, couples, teens, and the LGBTQIA+ community, & have been EMDR trained with training/experience in CBT, DBT interventions, & solution-focused and reality therapy. I enjoy helping clients with the challenges of mental health & daily living and counsel from a practical & experiential perspective. I believe in understanding clients from their own experiences outward. I like to bring various forms of creativity to client therapy when possible. My clients benefit from goal & core-value-oriented therapy. It doesn't matter what stage you are in life or what your past looks like, everyone can benefit from talk therapy.
