Finding a meaningful relationship can be difficult, and so can maintaining one! Both can lead to anxiety, hopelessness, heartbreak, trust issues, and compromised self-esteem. Relationships and dating can be a messy and hectic process, despite technological advances and seemingly endless advice. We live in a world with so many options, and even with the best intentions, sometimes we need help. Whether it's incompatibility, betrayal, or the numerous other challenges that arise, just know you're not alone. I'm here to work with you and provide support on your journey of healing, self-discovery, and authentic living.

My name is Ron Belotti. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia, and I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with a variety of different clients, and provide therapy services for both individuals and couples. Some of my areas of expertise include relational issues, trauma, PTSD, infidelity, life transitions, depression, and anxiety.

I value providing a warm, compassionate, and empowering atmosphere for all my clients. I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities and evidenced-based treatments to help clients gain deeper insight into their issues and pain points, gain the tools needed to overcome obstacles, and empower them to make the changes they desire.

Some modalities I utilize include Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman (for couples), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). These modalities aid in helping clients manage anxiety and depression, heal from trauma, gain healthy coping skills, and improve emotion management skills.
