I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and a Life Coach. I specialize in counseling for teens who are suffering, and parents too! I also specialize in counseling men and women in Mid-LIfe Crisis misery.

Much of my focus the past several years has been on helping individual Men, Women, and Teens find and develop the “Positive Self” voice, what I call an “Inner Coach.” This “coach” helps to turn down the negative self talk, the self-defeating “chatter” that increases anxiety and depression and prevents one from achieving success and happiness, leading to greater self esteem and personal productivity.
Through the years I have worked with individual clients suffering with Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, Relationship, Sexual Orientation, Loss & Grief, Life Transitions, and Anger Management issues. I utilize Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy, Coherence Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy. I do not work with Couples. In my practice I strive to be as real, honest, and authentic as possible. My goal is to create a collaborative environment in which the client can grow and prosper. I am not the stereotypical therapist. I am actively involved in the client’s “world” and therapeutic work.
