I am an experienced psychologist whose call to action for my community is to help people create a place of safety within themselves and their environment through living a balanced lifestyle, confronting patterns that no longer serve them, and strengthening their connection to nature. We have been modeled in society to do instead of be and this constant action has pulled us away from feeling into our bodies and accessing our heart space or vulnerability. It is my passion to guide others towards their innate intelligence and help them feel safe again in their body. A great way to begin is by working in nature, a trusted and reliable source of intelligence that gives people a safe place to feel free and expansive.

I am a holistic practitioner who strives to stay in balance with my own health, through nourishing relationships, and by following business practices that are in full alignment with my heart. We can't solely focus on one aspect of health or else other parts start begging for attention. To me, this looks like giving expression and intention to each area of my life and creating a framework that sets me up for success. I feel that as long as I am being true, loving, and nourishing to myself, I can then show up for clients in the same way.

My practice started 3 years ago working as a health coach. I was tired of seeing people feeling down, having low energy in life, and being unable to show up to their relationships in a loving way. Further, I realized that being in low energy, low mood state all the time was destructive to the environment. Of course, people wouldn't feel supportive of life around them if they themselves need support. I am here to be a supportive guide on your therapeutic journey. 3 years later, I am now a therapist in the state of Colorado carrying out the same mission just with more focus on healing underlying patterns and behaviors that have gotten in the way of what you most want in life. A coach helps you to show up and set goals/objectives for yourself to succeed. A therapist goes a level deeper and helps to guide one towards more deeper-rooted issues that have continually shown up through the course of your life. A lot of the time, the challenges we are facing are imprinted on us during childhood when we learned from the caregivers around us. You were simply taking orders from the people providing you care, as one should. What served you then can very easily get in the way today.

I offer intuitive therapy using a client-centered approach, meaning, I follow the intelligence that you, yes you, harbor within and help guide you back to back to balance using your intuition. Therapeutic strategies involve wilderness therapy, gestalt therapy, archetypes, energy work, strengths-based and positive psychology, and inner-child work. Being a wilderness therapist, I help you become in touch with nature so you have a trusted guide long after our time together. You are never alone, there is help all around you. Im honored to be on this journey with you and look forward to connecting.
