About me
Psychological care based in science and compassion.
Mental health challenges can impact all of us. During those moments, we might benefit from seeking support in learning how to cope with the stressors of life. We all have the capacity to learn and transcend our present difficulties. Therapy should be a learning experience where we pay attention to our internal dialogues and refine them. We can add to our capacity to adapt, and expand our strategies for solving problems. Therapy can mean confronting what we have typically avoided, in a safe and reaffirming environment where science-based interventions help you feel more resilient.
We are a like-minded group of clinicians who believe that empathy and compassion tempered with evidence-based interventions can help you develop the abilities and coping skills that move you closer to your goals. Our staff has expertise in delivering behavioral health treatments in hospital settings, university counseling centers, and autism tx settings.
We each have over 20 years of experience in helping persons develop the tools to deal with a wide variety of mental health, behavioral medicine, and health psychology issues. Some of our clinicians also specialize in autism and ABA related services. We offer sincere compassion, expert competence, and ongoing collaboration as the foundation of your therapy.
