Hello! I'm Robert and I'm a licensed professional counselor who has found meaning in working with adults experiencing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, anger, grief, the impact of psychological trauma, relationship problems, and life transitions.
I love building therapeutic relationships with clients and would be pleased to speak with you about how we can improve your relationships with yourself and with others. The foundation for my work is the belief that all of us were built for relationships. This means that the relationship between you and I can be a vehicle for change. I use an eclectic approach that incorporates aspects of Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
