About me
Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, masking your authentic self, substance use, anger, low self-esteem, or other issues that affect your relationships, work, school, or parenting? Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, frustrated and burnt out from an overwhelming amount of responsibility, stressors, and big life changes? Is it hard to relax, have fun, and be present in your day-to-day life? I believe it shouldn't be so hard to get through the day and live the life you want to live.
As a parent of a child with medical complexities and disabilities, I am passionate about working with all parents in navigating parenthood, relationships, finding a work life balance, and exploring new identities as parents. I provide neurodivergent affirming care for those looking to unmask, embrace their authentic selves, and find their place in the world.
I will create a safe and inclusive therapeutic space to work through the challenges standing in the way of your best life. This may look like working through past trauma, learning coping and communication skills, practicing meditation and mindfulness techniques, and processing life stressors. Together, we will work to find peace and balance in your life.
