About me
Sometimes in life, we are faced with certain challenges and do not know how to overcome them. Have you ever experienced someone that ghosted you or have you wondered if someone you love or care about is gaslighting you? These factors can cause stress, anger, anxiety, depression, isolation or a mixture of emotions. These emotions may cause difficulty making decisions. As a counselor, I am nonjudgmental and will actively listen to you. I understand how challenges can affect our daily lives and will help you navigate those things. I find it rewarding to work with diverse populations of clients and helping to evaluate their needs.
My counseling style is and genuine, and I actively listen to all my clients. I might ask questions to get points clarified as It is very important for me develop a rapport with you so you will feel comfortable being honest and open about your journey. I treat each client as an individual, so each client works at his or her own pace.
I provide a friendly, warm, and safe environment. I have experience working with a variety of issues. examples: anxiety, depression, various stressors such as work related events. Looking forward to meeting you as I promote positive energy, a nonjudgmental environment, and an overall experience of helping you find coping strategies that work for you.
