About me
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Michigan with specialized training in trauma-informed care and trauma therapies.
Reaching out for support—especially during difficult times—can feel like the hardest first step. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where you can feel understood and accepted just as you are. I help children, teens, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges, manage stress, heal from trauma, and build coping skills to feel more in control of their emotions.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive space tailored to your unique needs. I believe that therapy should never be one-size-fits-all—each person’s story is different, and your therapy experience should reflect that.
I also enjoy incorporating creativity into the counseling process, drawing from art, nature, and music to enhance healing and self-expression when appropriate.
