About me

As a licensed professional, I firmly believe that counseling will help you find the answers you seek while providing you the privacy and respect you deserve. My work has focused on assisting those impacted by anxiety, depression, and men's issues. I also work respectfully with neurodivergent individuals including those diagnosed with: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger's, and ADHD.

Some days, getting out of bed can feel like an impossible task. You may have thoughts about what the day will bring and feel dread. When you do get out of bed, perhaps, you begin a count down to the weekend or even to the end of the day. It’s getting harder to find motivation to fulfill your duties at work and home. You put a pause on personal goals. You may feel disconnected or find yourself snapping at others over little things. Frequent thoughts like: “I can’t seem to figure out what is wrong. I need to pull it together. Why can’t things be different?”- may come up often. This is unpleasant and certainly isn't you.

Take a moment and imagine if that wasn’t the case. What would your life look like? Would you feel what you do matters and has purpose? Would you feel more focused and motivated to get things done? Would things that are not working for you disappear? If you have an idea of what this would look like but you don’t know how to get there, I can help.

I know it's hard to feel stuck. As a counselor, it is my job to get you “unstuck”. During my 9 years of experience, I find that an integrative approach allows me to effectively collaborate with you, as partners, to create change in your life.
