About me
I offer counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals and couples. We can address grief, trauma, addictions and/or personal growth. Coming soon: Ketamine-assisted therapy.
The practice is in downtown Brunswick GA at the Wick 3.0 and I prefer in person sessions but can also do telehealth. My approach is holistic and I am certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), but this also includes CBT. Very soon I will also be able to offer Ketamine-assisted therapy. I look forward to exploring your situation and life experiences to help you move on to greater awareness, understanding and acceptance.
