I am an experienced mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families make meaningful and lasting changes to their lives. My clinical specialties are quite diverse, however I tend to focus on trauma recovery (PTSD), the treatment of anxiety & depression, as well as helping my clients navigate life transitions and relationship struggles.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, solution-oriented, & centered on YOU. Every individual has unique experiences, needs, & preferences, therefore every person’s path to healing will be unique to them as well.
