I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals and couples in North Carolina. I offer individual sessions, couple sessions and family sessions in person to anyone willing to come to my office in Shelby NC. I also offer individual and couple sessions through Telehealth to anyone living anywhere in NC. If you are uncertain about Telehealth we can do a free 15 minute session so you can see what it would be like.

My ideal client would be anyone who would be interested in aspiring to be all that God has called you to be. I would like to help you be intentional about your mental health and your relationships. I can help you learn ways to deal with your anxiety, depression and process any grief that you may be going through. I would like to work with you to help you have a better marriage or to be a more intentional parent. I have enjoyed working with teenagers for years and I also enjoy working with all aged adults.
