I am a licensed professional counselor , certified parent trainer, a certified mental health therapist, and certified dialectical behavioral therapist who use a holistic approach . I have over 15 years of experience in spiritual life coaching and emotional wellness. I specialize in anxiety and stress management through the use of researched based strategies and techniques . Along with supportive therapy and my energetic personality, I challenge negative thought patterns , encourage strength spotting and assist you with setting attainable and measurable goals that are life changing. I’m currently accepting clients through telehealth only which is more convenient and from the comfort of your home.
