Empathetic non-judgmental therapy focused on meeting your individualized needs to find meaning in life. Dedicated to helping you through positive support and encouragement in order to manage anxiety and depression as well heal from generational and personal trauma. Determined to find efficient and effective solutions while still maintaining a validating and flexible approach. We will hone in your needs and be sure to set you up for a plan for success.

I’m Rebecca Keck, and your success is my success. We are partners in this journey and through effective and safe communication we will discuss your current concerns and create a plan to address them promptly. Learning how to become more flexible in our mindset can help us work through difficult sensations and feel closer to our values. Many of my clients come into session feeling hopeless and frustrated, as they have tried for a long time to "escape" their anxiety and depression, often times making it harder and harder to avoid. After working together my clients find hope in their darkness, and value in their lives. I utilize many different therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to help my clients achieve a meaningful life. I approach all my clients from a non-judgmental, compassionate lens that focuses on the person, not the model of treatment. Sometimes the most helpful thing for someone is having someone who is going to listen and care.
