She uses CBT and supportive therapy to help clients manage grief, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, and life transitions. In-person sessions are available at home or in offices in Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Plantation, and Weston, with telehealth also offered. She provides supportive care to help you adjust, strengthen your sense of self, and focus on what matters most

Hi I'm Rebecca! I am a daughter, wife, mom of three, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in senior healthcare. My passion for working with older adults began early, from visiting my great aunt in her independent living community, to earning a Bachelors and Master's degree in Social Work from Florida State University with a certification in Gerontology. Through these experiences, my respect for older adults deepened and I understood the power of patience and simple presence.

I've also walked this journey as the daughter of an aging parent. My father is an Army Veteran, and through supporting him, I have gained insight into the VA system and the importance of honoring older veterans with compassion and respect. I hope to create a calm, welcoming space for older adults and their families to feel seen and empowered. I'm here to listen and walk with you through every step of the way.
