I am have 7 years experience working with adolescents and adults in both community and private practice settings. I have done extensive training in the areas of grief, trauma and alternative lifestyles (poly, kink, BDSM, swinging and open relationships. I work with individuals, couples and families.

I am accepting new clients. I am licensed in Illinois and Florida and provide telehealth only at this time. The clients I serve are typically contemplating change or are in the change making process. Clients struggle with various life problems and I work with them to heal as a whole. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, substance abuse, relationship problems, LGBTQIA issues, non traditional relationship styles such as: poly, open and swinging, kink, BDSM, and sex therapy. I have advanced training in grief/loss, sex therapy as well as working to create secure attachments in all types of relationships.
I provide a real,empathic, non-judgemental, and trusting environment where clients can explore their presenting concerns. I specialize in relationships, not just romantic but the relationship you have with yourself and others. I have extensive knowledge and training working with those in/or contemplating in Ethical Non-Monogamy, Poly, and Open Relationships.
Discussing life stressors can be hard. The thing is, that everyone struggles and needs a little help getting through difficult situations. I offer a space in which we explore your life experiences and connect them to your current presenting concerns. We can laugh and cry together as you head out on your self discovery path to your true authentic self.
