About me
I am a couples and family therapist with extensive experience with teens and adults with PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. I have received advanced training in using mindfulness and other body based coping strategies to assist you on your healing journey. I will respond to new client inquiries via email.
As humans, we are constantly being influenced and influencing the world around us. As a result, we develop patterns to cope with our environment that may not serve us in the long run. I believe therapy is a great space to explore that influence and it's impact on our mental health, and shift those patterns to allow us to be our best selves. I believe providing a safe, non judgmental space to explore your emotions and previous patterns can help people thrive.
I work with individuals and families from a systemic and strengths-based perspective. I utilize a combination of narrative therapy and other systemic approaches to support you in reaching your goals. I have extensive experience working with teenagers and adults.
