I am a licensed clinical psychologist working in private practice, offering services in the Oakland and Pleasanton areas. I am currently offering both in-person and virtual sessions. I specialize in the treatment of adults struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relational trauma, and relationship difficulties. Additionally, I work with many young professionals in their 20’s and 30’s whom are looking to find a healthy balance between work, their relationships, and themselves.
I have been working as a clinician in the Bay Area for over ten years and feel very fortunate to make meaningful connections with so many people. I encourage my clients to take risks that allow them to have new experiences and challenge beliefs that may be holding them back from reaching their goals. My style is inviting, warm, and authentic. I believe that maintaining a strong, empathic relationship is essential to creating a space that allows for creativity and growth.
I offer my clients specific tools to help them navigate difficult situations, reduce anxious thinking, manage depression, cope with trauma-related symptoms, set boundaries in relationships, and build confidence in themselves. I have extensive experience teaching practical skills in these areas to best meet the specific needs of my clients. I specialize in working with relational trauma and use a variety of evidence-based approaches to help my clients heal and grow.
Therapy is a collaborative process—together we will identify what it is you’re hoping to work on, and explore different pathways that will help you meet your goals.
