I am an eclectic therapist that looks for the best methods to assist my clients.

Hello, my name is Ray. I have an extensive history in this field and generally in life. With age, hopefully comes some wisdom. I am an eclectic therapist which means I look at what is effective for the client. I have worked with a broad base of clients from those with anger issues to couple’s problems in communications and in need of fair fighting techniques. I see all individuals as a N=1 and I will explain as we go along. I am also a stoic, you can find introduction on YouTube, and emphasize mindfulness and presence as techniques to make changes. I look for micro interventions and am big on behavioral techniques that work. I look at almost everyone as a process and it does take work to make change. It is easy to get habituated to certain behaviors, especially negative ones, and to change I seek a micro process of intervention that you can and will do.
