About me
I am an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Grief Educator. I practice counseling through a holistic and multicultural lens, that draws from my bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural upbringing.
Choosing to start therapy opens an array of possibilities for living a more fulfilling and satisfying life. I have deep respect for what brings you to my office. We begin from where you are, knowing it takes courage to trust a new person with your most personal issues. I create a safe and warm environment to explore important and often uncomfortable life issues. I work with intuition, compassion and deep listening to navigate with you in a safe and connected therapeutic relationship.
As a Certified Grief Educator I am committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.
