I am experienced in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, ptsd, trauma, eating disorders and more. I enjoy helping meet people where they are at and allowing me to be a part of their therapeutic journey.
I have experience working for the Meadows behavioral health while helping people with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, PTSD, trauma, and eating disorders. I have a passion for helping others and helping you get to a point where you feel better and that you can set boundaries in your life. I am trained in EMDR, (certified) brainspotting, CBT, motivational interviewing, and PIT. I like to understand each client and figure out what will work best for them based on their life needs.
