About me
I help folks of all ages with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), social anxiety, panic attacks, and other anxiety related challenges. Additionally, I have experience helping those struggling with depression, eating disorders, trauma, and stress in adjusting to difficult life circumstances. I also work with individuals struggling with body focused repetitive behaviors including skin picking or hair pulling through Habit Reversal Training.
Reaching out for help for your mental health can be intimidating. I am here to support and guide you on your journey. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work to empower you with tools to overcome challenges through a collaborative approach.
Each person is on their own journey and I ensure that therapy is individualized and unique to your needs. My approach is warm, compassionate, with some added humor and creativity to tackle the serious issues you are facing. Together, we can explore and overcome any obstacles that are holding you back from fully enjoying life.
