Welcome to my page! I'm an anxiety and attachment trauma therapist for adults. Together, we will focus on building tools to shift negative thinking patterns and overcome relationship challenges, so that you can feel connected to your self worth.

My goal is to help you build confidence so that you can assert your needs and boundaries in a meaningful way. I am also a registered yoga teacher and utilize somatic therapy techniques, to help you regulate your nervous system during moments of extreme stress and triggering. I use an individualized process that helps you identify your inner strengths, learn new coping strategies, improve your communication, and create lasting change. I will support you through life transitions and help you gain a better understanding of self. Other areas of focus include burn-out, impostor syndrome, procrastination, and trauma related concerns.

As a framework I examine and challenge the core beliefs that create ones negative narrative. As we begin to challenge these thoughts, we can create alternative pathways that can help shift a persons life in a way that creates nourishment and fulfillment. I believe that each client has the ability and strength to find inner healing and reach their full potential. I invite feedback along along the way and take a collaborative approach when working together.
