About me
I am a women's therapist for those who identify with Christian faith in New York State. I am well versed in grief and loss, narcissistic abuse recovery, depression, anxiety, stress, and substance abuse. (*If there is not a time available that works for you, please e-mail me and I will try to accommodate you. )
I offer Telehealth counseling via individual and group counseling sessions with other Christian women, whether you are struggling with your Christian walk or not. I draw mainly from Christian principles, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. I am very real and personal, and I utilize empathy, humor, and life experience to help other women who are having a rough time in life. I am a widow, 50+, who has walked through a lot of "stuff", which helps me to help others. Please note that I am not a marriage counselor and will do individual work with women, but not couples counseling.
*I offer individual and group counseling options. You must be seen for individual sessions to attend group sessions with me. The groups available will depend upon current needs among my clients.
For SELF-PAY clients I offer one hour groups for $25 and ONCE ESTABLISHED AS A CLIENT, individual sessions for $75 for 60 minutes, $60 for 45 minutes, and $45 for 30 minutes, and $30 for 15 minutes, your choice. The first session will ALWAYS require 60 minutes for $75.
