Pricilla is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Board-Certified Assistant Analyst (BCaBA). In her role as a therapist, her goal is to serves as a guide to support you through your emotional, physical and spiritual journey. Pricilla received her education from Florida International University in Miami, FL where she obtained a Bachelor of Art in Psychology, with a Minor a Business and a Master’s in Social Work Degree. Being licensed in two states, Pricilla can provide services clients in Florida, South Carolina, Virginia and Washington State.
Pricilla therapeutic practice offers a judgement free zone, where every experience is valued and taken as a strength and opportunity to exercise reflective improvements. By providing a warm, open and collaborative therapeutic relationship, Pricilla client-centered focus approach revolves around identify client’s strengths to help them overcome obstacles. Pricilla has experiences utilizing a series of different modality treatment interventions. She likes to bring a holistic approach and incorporate the use of commonly referred to interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychoeducation and is Certified in Mindfulness Meditation.
Pricilla is particularly skilled in working with parenting concerns, relationships and family issues, anger and stress management, anxiety/depression, trauma, grief and loss, educational and career/vocational issues, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD or ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Crisis Intervention and much more.
