Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
This therapist holds one or more specialty certifications, you can review their certification within the professional certifications section on their profile.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am licensed clinical social worker and the owner of Foothills Mental Health Services in San Andreas, California.
At Foothills Mental Health, you will learn skills to build support systems, process experiences, and plan for challenges in life. Here we believe mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, etc. impact our work, education, relationships, health, and overall wellbeing when we lack the skills and resources to cope with opportunities, and that this is where we can help!
I am a licensed clinical social worker certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). DBT is an evidence-based practice, and it is my core approach that works well with Motivation Inteviewing, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Internal Family Systems, Humanistic, and a variety of other modalities and therapeutic approaches to help you reach your goals in life and healing. I have over seven years experience working with foster youth, homeless families, adoptive families, juvenile justice and child protective system involved families, as well as those with high risk behaviors including exiting residential or inpatient treatment programs, self-harm or suicidal ideation, anger, trauma, or other experiences that impact social and emotional well-being. I welcome collaboration with educational teams, medication providers, nutritionists, and other treatment teams.
