My approach will be to listen to you and find out what you want and need, and we will work together on deciding the path I tend to use what therapeutic interventions are best to assist you and what will work best for you. I believe you will find that I listen and reflect well on what you are expressing and can help guide you to meeting the agreed upon goals. I like to create a safe place for someone to feel they can express themselves, their thoughts and their feelings. I am empathetic and I believe I connect well with people which helps guide people to reaching their goals. I think it is important to use some humor at times as well

I have primarily worked with teens, young adults and adults. I am experienced in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety and the issues that can come with those, such as self esteem issues and difficulties with relationships. I also have experience working with individuals who have significant mental health issues as well.
I recognize that reaching out to someone for help can be a bit scary but it is the first hurdle in overcoming what may be challenging for you. I would be happy to discuss with you how I may be of assistance and look forward to talking with you.
