About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist who has had 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. Before being a psychotherapist I was a Catholic Priest and this has only enhanced my practice as now I can appreciate and use this as a gift and tool for some and for others a source of trauma/hurt. I also include the somatic along with role play and inner child work. My work covers the mood disorder, trauma (PTSD) and grief or loss issues.
I am an Enrolled member in the Oglala Lakota tribe along with my European ancestry which includes Irish (see name), French and and English. I practiced as a Catholic Priest for 12 years which included living in Mexico and being Pastor of a large Mexican Parish. I left ministry 33 years ago. I have degrees in culture and spirituality along with mental health counseling. I offer clients an opportunity to work with moods (depression, anxiety, mania, grief) and trauma. Modalities I use are body work, EMDR, spirituality or mindfulness and inner child work.
