I’m a Doctorally Prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Functional Bloodwork Specialist helping families uncover the root causes behind children’s emotional and behavioral struggles — so they can heal without shame, meds, or confusion.

With over 25 years of nursing experience and advanced training in psychiatry and functional medicine, I’ve dedicated my career to bridging the gap between biology and behavior.

After years of working with children in acute psychiatric settings, I realized that traditional approaches often treat symptoms rather than uncovering why a child is struggling. My mission now is to help families go deeper — to understand how nutrition, stress, gut health, and the nervous system all shape a child’s mood, focus, and emotional regulation.

Through functional bloodwork analysis and personalized care, I guide parents to see the full picture — from biochemical imbalances to everyday habits — and empower them with tools that bring calm, connection, and clarity back to their home.

Whether through one-on-one coaching, my Regulated Mother membership, or my educational courses, my goal is simple: to help children thrive from the inside out, and to help parents feel confident doing it.
