About me
I am a client centered therapist who helps adults cope with anxiety, depression, and anger.
Have you ever wondered what your life would be like if you didn’t have anxiety, depression, or substance abuse problems? I believe that clients carry the seed of their own healing within them. My job as a therapist is to help you find and nurture that healing. I work with clients from teen through the end of life. I have specialized knowledge to work with the chronically ill, as well as additional training in alcohol & drug addiction and/or gambling disorders. I offer both individual and family sessions.
Trauma often underlies many of the problems I see in my clients. PTSD is not necessarily combat related and can be a problem for anyone with unresolved trauma. It can be sexual, childhood trauma, health trauma or domestic violence.
No matter what your issues are, I am confident that we can work together to achieve the goal of you being the best that you can possibly be. We all need a little help now and then.
