About me
My goal is to make therapy accessible and to provide a safe space for clients to achieve meaningful and lasting change.
I believe that people are more than the challenges they face, and that individuals have resiliency that they may not yet realize. It is my belief that therapy should be a safe place based on trust, and which creates a space for positive change to take place. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with anxiety, communication, relational issues, ADHD, depression, and self-esteem. My approach is strength based, non-judgmental, and individualized to the uniqueness of each client. I would be happy to join you during your challenging times and provide the support you are looking for while you discover your strengths and create a satisfying and fulfilling life.
