About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker who is dedicated to helping educators who are dealing with burnout. In addition, I also work with adolescents and young adults to help them manage anxiety and depression.
I am currently offering telehealth only in North Carolina and Virginia. Self pay. Insurance accepted : Optima, Optum, United Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield. I have an integrated approach which includes multiple modalities ; CBT, DBT and trauma informed. I practice mindfulness and will often incorporate this into our sessions as needed. I have extensive experience working with teachers and other educational staff coping with burnout. I previously worked as a school social worker and am familiar with the multiple systems that impact educational staff. Together, we will identify the source of the stressors and work together to incorporate new strategies to focus on you living the life you want. I also enjoy working with adolescents and adults impacted by anxiety, depression and life issues. We will focus on processing current and past issues while building better coping skills.
