About me
I am certified in trauma and specialize in addiction and disordered eating, but also work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, and the LGBTQ+ community.
My counseling style is authentic and interactive since therapy is a conversation between two people. It is of utmost importance to treat people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion while not focusing on labels and diagnoses. My approach combines CBT, person centered, and DBT while incorporating humor (when appropriate!).
