About me
I have been a licensed counselor for over 14 years working full time as a college mental health counselor. I enjoy having a part time private practice where I use DBT and EMDR as they are both highly effective in turning a life of misery into one of emotional and mental freedom.
I offer Telehealth sessions to South Carolina and Florida residents. I work with college age adults providing effective evidence based treatments with results.
I am extensively trained in EMDR and find it very effective in treating trauma as well as many other issues that keep us from living the best life we can.
