About me
I am passionate counselor who works with helping individuals who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline personality, grief, and PTSD.
I understand that counseling is not an easy decision but I also believe that you are brave by taking this step. Life is hard but you don’t have to go through with it alone. Every day we face struggles, challenges, and setbacks. I want to help you by exploring life’s hardships. We will work towards your goals to receive healing. "Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tiptoe if you must, but take a step." — Naeem Callaway
I utilize a holistic approach and tailor my counseling skills to meet your specific needs. I have experience in working with children, adolescence, and adults coming with different backgrounds, issues, and concerns.
One of the most important things for me is to create an environment that is judgment-free and safe. Sometimes we are heard but not listened and sympathized but not empathized. Through a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach, I believe that together we can find a path to take the right step for a greater life experience
