About me
My desire is to help all that I can while I have breath! My practice is dedicated to helping those with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief and Substance use.
This is my third career helping people. First police officer, then Pastor, now counselor dedicated to finding new paths for those who may be a little lost on their journey in life. I have raised two boys, been married 44 years and have many years of diverse experiences to call upon to aid in the discovery process. My practice has three therapists with multiple referral sources for medications and other medical needs. We take some insurances and maintain a lower per hour cost than many in our area in order to make therapy more accessible.
