About me
Logan Listens is committed to helping young people(even those young at heart)navigate through difficult times in their life. I am passionate about providing support and guidance to those struggling with Anxiety, Stress, Relationship Issues,& Life Transitions. I also work w/ the parents of teens and preteens who feel like things are tough all around and are finding it harder & harder to communicate and support their children through today's times.
I use a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. No matter how "small" these issues seem to others, if it's big to you, I want to help. I offer a safe space where clients can share their greatest challenges and receive a high quality of support. I want my clients to feel that they are being heard and their concerns matter to me. I know there is a stigma surround seeking help for mental health challenges, especially in the BIPOC Community. My goal is to empower my clients to changing the narrative of their stories. I want to build their tools kits to be equip to handle the things live throws at them, and in the events they feel they can't offer continuous support.
