I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist who has helped clients struggling with Relationship and Intimacy issues, Trauma, and Addictions for over 20 years.

I work with clients who are struggling in relationships with their families, spouses and within themselves. I will help you work on all aspects of your relationships, heal from your trauma, and tackle your addictions. I utilize a psychodynamic, body-centered approach that is trauma informed and strength based. I will help you get grounded and find healthy ways to soothe so that you are available to show up in your relationships as your best self. I will help you discover your strengths and who you really are so that you will be able to live life with satisfaction.
I am trained as a Couples and Sex Therapist as well as a Trauma Therapist. I utilize Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and the Developmental Model as my core Couples approach along with influences from others like John Gottman, Esther Perel, and Terry Real. My Sex Therapy training has been through the Buehler Institute, ISTI, and The Institute for Relational Intimacy. I have training in Body-Centered psychotherapy, EMDR, and IFS among others that I utilize for Trauma and Addictions. I am a warm and insightful therapist who can help guide you through some of the most sensitive and challenging parts of your life. And I believe in you!
