About me

Your challenges might present in different ways: Anxiety, depression, grief, sleep disturbances, behavioral challenges, or other symptoms. However, many of them have in common that they have their origin in underlying trauma. In me, you will find a compassionate, inclusive, and open-minded listener who pays attention to your story. If you had near-death or spiritually transformative experiences, I will help you integrate them. Together, we will create and walk a path toward healing and resilience. We will rediscover your shining inner core. I am looking forward to meeting you and will be honored to be your guide on this journey.

I will gladly integrate your spiritual resources into the healing of the mind, if you agree with this being beneficial. If not, you are just as welcome. Trauma affects emotions and cannot just be "talked away". Talking is accompanied by mindfulness & other complementary modalities as appropriate.

All are welcome! Schedule a 15-minute free consultation!

In my experience, 90-minute sessions allow us to go to greater depth. Often, one week between sessions is too short a timeframe to process and integrate what we worked on. This double-session approach compared to the often-used 45-minute sessions promises more efficiency and better progress. Therefore, my standard session length is 90 minutes, and typically we will schedule sessions every other week.
