About me
As a CT Licensed LPCA, I am dedicated to supporting each client toward living their best life along their unique personal development journey.
The majority of clients come to counseling with anxiety and/or depressive symptoms. Every client deserves to be heard and to have their experience validated. Many of my clients have shared that they feel relieved to finally find someone who helps them feel comfortable at a time when they feel vulnerable. As a trauma-informed clinician, the foundation of my work is based on establishing a sense of safety in order to build trust. With compassion, empathy and even some humor, I work collaboratively with each client to set and meet therapeutic goals. Whether you are seeking therapy for the first or tenth time, please consider scheduling an intake session to create your unique treatment plan. I welcome the opportunity to support you wherever you are along your journey.
