About me
I know that therapy can be life-changing for anyone; no matter the size or intensity of the stressors in your life. I strongly believe that so much of success in therapy stems from having a good relationship between the client and therapist. I understand first-hand how hard it can be to struggle with mental illness. I know that it is even harder to be vulnerable and prioritize mental health for yourself.
I strive to be a safe space for my clients where they can talk freely and without the fear of being judged. I love working with ages 18 and up and have a soft spot for the college-aged population. I specialize in anxiety, eating disorders, interpersonal skills and the LGBTQIA+ population.
I know how important it is to find a good fit for a therapist. I look forward to finding out if we would work well together!
