Hello! My name is Niekachi Nwogu. I am a licensed therapist in California, practicing for over 10 years. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping adults address challenges like depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, family issues, and life transitions. With a compassionate, person-centered approach, I create a nurturing space where clients can gain deeper insight on themselves, for acceptance, healing, and growth.

I challenge and guide participants towards learning and applying effective communication patterns for self-expression and problem solving. Life can be demanding at times, which leads to stress and emotional challenges. I provide counseling and coaching to individuals to empower them in identifying their strengths, building confidence, and motivation towards overcoming and moving through stressors in life.

My therapeutic work focuses on addressing internal and external struggles including, mood disorders, anxiety, phobias, transition & workplace stress, isolation, family issues, and interpersonal struggles. I'm committed to helping clients develop resilience, rebuild self-esteem, and discover meaningful pathways forward. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I support individuals in understanding their unique experiences and cultivating adaptive thinking and behavior patterns towards improving well-being and for a healthier lifestyle. I also provide Christian counseling/faith-based practices upon request.
