I have worked kids, teens, and adults for almost 20 years, experiencing symptoms of depression, low motivation. anxiety, low self-esteem, social skills, school issues, trauma, as well as family conflicts/discipline due to child behaviors I also specialize in deployments/military life for adolescents and women's sexual health issues. The therapeutic relationship is crucial; creating opportunities to deepen their understanding of themselves, while learning new ways to handle life's difficulties. I strive to be compassionate, non-judgmental, genuine and down-to-earth, so individuals feel safe and comfortable sharing their deepest thoughts and feelings. I want to hear about your experiences
