Using a holistic and humanistic lens, we work to identify areas you’d like to strengthen and improve. Utilizing approaches including CBT, strengths-based, solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques we work to understand thoughts, behaviors, emotions, practice skills to combat life stressors, increase self-efficacy, and bring calm to the mind and body.
Sometimes our lenses get foggy, and we lose sight of our uniqueness, strengths, and abilities. My goal is to explore, collaborate, and empower as you cultivate your goals and grow to the best version of yourself.
