I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, and licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about working with children/adolescents, LGBTQ+, military/veterans, and alternative lifestyles. I see clients via telehealth in the states of California, Colorado, New Mexico, and Florida.

My name is Nicole and I am a military spouse who has created a telehealth therapy practice that I can take with me every time we move to a new location! I have been working as a therapist since 2015, and have worked in a variety of capacities including: community mental health clinic, high school, residential treatment center/group home for teens, domestic violence shelter, inpatient behavioral health hospital, and private practice. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, ages, and mental health struggles, but am passionate about providing services to and for: children/adolescents, gender identity/LGBTQ+, military/veterans, and alternative lifestyles.

My approach to therapy is a combination of interventions pulling from psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, EFT, client-centered and mindfulness-based theories. I have found that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, and there is certainly a time and place for each of these modalities to help someone, depending on the current struggle. Some days you need to go deep. Other days you need to just practice skills to get you through the next week.
