Hi! I'm Nicole! I'm incredibly curious, non-judgmental, and I am a straight-forward and blunt communicator. I vehemently believe that people are not their behavior, and my work focuses on externalizing problems from clients' identity. Expect to be challenged! Counseling is designed to empower you to overcome struggles and develop the tools you need to thrive. This process will involve challenging feedback that can sometimes be difficult to accept. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and work through difficult emotions and experiences.
