About me
I am a holistic, body-oriented, and trauma-informed psychotherapist who specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
I believe every individual's path of healing is unique. I approach therapy collaboratively, placing emphasis on your innate wisdom and strengths to support processes of growth and transformation. I also work holistically and am attentive to the intersections of mind and body in addition to the environmental, systemic, and intergenerational factors that influence our lives and wellbeing. I aspire to create a nurturing, supportive, and compassionate space in which you can explore your inner world and relationship to life and Self.
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with specialization in Holistic Studies from Lesley University. I approach psychotherapy with a person-centered, trauma-informed, somatic, and relational-cultural orientation. I bring to counseling over a decade of experience in the healing arts including herbalism, bodywork, yoga, and Ayurveda.
Finding a provider you connect with is central to any successful therapeutic work. I am happy to offer free phone consultations to help you decide whether we'd be a good fit for your needs and goals in therapy.
